Lifted Partners Interiors, a premier Grand Strand Design Studio, is dedicated to the transformation of vacation rentals, senior living apartment homes and other small spaces for beach property owners. Our design philosophy, that we call Affordably Unique Coastal, is a shout out to those who wish to distinguish themselves from the myriad of identical properties. No two designs are alike. 

At the core of our philosophy lies the partnerships we have formed with local craftsmen, artists, photographers, and other creatives.  

“I find my authentic inspiration by identifying the objects, colors and themes that a particular owner is enthusiastic about, and then I build around the ideas like a chef layers flavors and spices.” said Catherine (Cat) Hudson. “I am not afraid to thrift shop and re-use or repurpose items in a way that is always unexpected and one-of-a-kind beautiful.” 

Cat draws upon her experience working as a broker in the Atlanta real estate market in the industries of home staging, property management and senior living. This colorful world of experience has been molded and shaped into something very rich. 

Lifted Partners is an unwavering supporter of New Directions of Horry County battling addiction, mental heath issues and homelessness in the area. Her team has participated several years in a row with the Compassion Through Passion Runway Fashion Show as an award-winning designer and fundraiser.
